The service
BookFile Reminder helps bookkeeping firms request, collect, track, and download client documents. The service is not an accounting, tax, legal, or advisory service.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of client information you enter, your right to request documents, reviewing every submitted document, and complying with professional and legal obligations that apply to your firm.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Paddle based on the number of active clients. Packages, checklist items, and upload links are not metered. Subscription status is determined from verified Paddle webhooks and reconciliation.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to collect unlawful content, distribute malware, access another tenant's data, or send marketing email. Public upload endpoints are rate limited and only accept PDF, JPG, and PNG files within the stated size limits.
