Document collection only
BookFile Reminder is a document collection service for bookkeeping firms. We do not provide accounting, bookkeeping, tax, legal, or advisory services, and we do not read, index, or analyze the content of uploaded documents.
Information we process
We process bookkeeper account information, client contact information, checklist details, transactional email metadata, and documents uploaded by clients. Information is used only to provide the document collection service, secure accounts, send transactional notices, and meet legal obligations.
Security and retention
Files are private in transit and at rest and are available only through short-lived access links. We do not use uploaded documents to train AI models. Deleting a package removes its uploaded files. Deletion requests are recorded and reviewed within 30 days.
Your choices
Bookkeepers can delete clients, packages, and files from the app. Clients can use the deletion request link on their upload page. Account deletion requests are available in Settings.
